The new highschool is the result of a  competition that 406architects won.

The competition was about adding more classrooms to the existing highschool  building with a donation by Mr.Panteliadis.

Our proposal was the demolition of the front part of the existing building and the addition of a new two storey building facing the courtyard.

Its architecture was dectated by the surrounding which lead to a facade with repetitive linear opening.

Το νέο κτήριο είναι αποτέλεσμα ενός διαγωνισμού τον οποίο κέρδισε η ομάδα 406architects.

Ο διαγωνισμός αφορούσε την επέκταση του υφιστάμενου κτιριακού συγκροτήματος Massachusetts της Αμερικανικής Γεωργικής Σχολής, σε δωρεά της οικογένειας Παντελιάδη. 

Πρόταση της ομάδας μας ήταν η καθαίρεση τμήματος του υφισταμενου λυκείου και η  κατασκευή νέου διώροφου κτίσματος ορθογωνικής κάτοψης με πρόσωπο στην πλατεία και μορφή που σέβεται τα υφιστάμενα κτίρια που το περιβάλλουν.
